Extremely professional and showed the utmost courtesy! They WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I WOULD EVER EXPECT FROM A JIFFY LUBE CREW! 🏴 Flag as inappropriate I asked if I could just leave my truck where it was until I could get a tow truck there. My back and hips are shot and it would have cause me excruciating pain. At one point they suggested to move my truck? There would be no way I would be able to assist in this. They had no way of knowing but I'm a disable veteran. They were doing all this to assist me in between taking care of the other customers. Then they used a larger size battery charger and still nothing.
My truck still would not start even after the jump. I felt so bad because my truck was blocking an exit bay. They put a battery charger on my battery. He and another employee went above and beyond to help me. They drove my truck out of the bay and parked it ready for me to take off after I settled my bill.
After the crew was finished with my oil change.
